Tuscan Style Kitchen Wall Color?

Question by Michelle: Tuscan Style Kitchen Wall Color?
I am renting a house in Germany and really want to do the tuscan style kitchen. The cabinets are dark brown wood and there is a back splash that is white with dark orangey brown triangles on it. the kitchen is rather small and I really want to choose the right color for the wall. Any suggestions for the wall color?
If anyone has pictures of their kitchen that would great. Chris M if you don’t want to help then don’t respond.

I would do a color wash. Get some paint samples from the store and see what goes best with your backsplash. Take a picture of your kitchen and upload it!

Golden Spicy Mustard

Old World Yellow

Suntan

Terracotta (shades of terracotta span hues of red(rosy) to orange (peachy), select a color on the orange side)

Coral

If you have the time a Venetian plaster finish would be ideal for the Tuscan kitchen.

I think you can go with yellow and green tones. It will look nice with the dark cabinets and your backsplash. Good luck on your kitchen design!

I yellow would really compliment the black and orange together…. yes! Wow, what a unique room. That must be beautiful…I dont know about German hardware stores etc. But you can always find help with this virtual room designer:

Pick the kitchen option and change up some wall colors for your kitchen. Its really helpful! you might find a color you wouldnt have thought of until you see it…. good luck!

We did mine in a deep brownish gold color (sort of like Dijon mustard). It’s awesome! Everyone thinks it looks great. I was afraid with the cherry cabinets (dark) and the small space with only a small window that it would be too bold, but with the right accessories, it looks great!
